Patients who have been referred to Dr Miriam Bartlett can be seen for their initial consultation in person at Mooroolbark Specialist Centre - 256 Hull Road, Mooroolbark or via video using the Coviu telehealth platform (web based). Ongoing review consultations can be done in person, via video or on the phone.

Rural & Remote Patients (Australia wide):
Dr Bartlett is happy to see rural and remote patients on an ongoing basis by telehealth consultation with video preferred but some phone consultations are also ok for review appointments. It is wonderful that telehealth now allows for ongoing care of patients by the same Doctor wherever they are in Australia.

How to book:
Once you have your referral you can ring our rooms on 9725-3003 to discuss the referral process. We need to have a copy of your referral (your Doctor can send it to us or you can email it to us/drop it off) we can then choose a suitable date for your appointment. Dr Miriam Bartlett reviews (triages) all referrals prior to choosing a suitable appointment date to make sure that the wait time is appropriate for your specific needs. If Dr Bartlett cannot see you soon enough she will recommend one of the other Endocrinologists at Mooroolbark Specialist Centre who is suitable and able to see you sooner.

Appointment Fees:
New Patient Appointment Fees: $450 at the most with a Medicare rebate of $151.
Review Appointment Fees: $220 for a standard (15 minute) appointment with a Medicare rebate of $76.
Longer (eg. double) review appointments cost $280 with a Medicare rebate of $76.
*Medicare rebates may be higher if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net in the calendar year.
